At Contempee, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that certain items, such as customized pieces or final sale goods, are ineligible for exchange or refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse in perfect condition.

• 3.
  Ship Your Items

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
